BY SIGNING OUR ORDER FORM OR PURCHASING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ONLINE OR WITH ONE OF OUR TELEPHONE REPRESENTATIVES, YOU ALSO AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE (THE "AGREEMENT") GOVERNING YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING OFFLINE COMPONENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PRODUCTS AND SERVICES"). IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A CORPORATION, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY.
Initial Acceptance of Terms
We offer several consumer products and services including but not limited the Auto Relief Group Options Report™ and Marine Relief Group Options Report™ which provides you with personalized information about the current market value of your vehicle and or watercraft, describes various options generally available to anyone with a finance contract and provides your authorization that we contact you about our Consultation Service described below. The Options Report™ will be shipped to you within 5-10 days after the complete payment of your Order.
These Terms of Use govern your use of this Website and our Products and Services described above, so please read them carefully. By accessing or using any part of this Website, you agree that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be so bound, do not access or use this Website. Please note that we will not be able to process or fulfill your request without sharing your personal information with Clients to whom you have been matched. All Clients in our network have entered into agreements with the Company and are required to comply with federal and state privacy regulations. If a Client contacts you by telephone (and/or auto-dialer) and you wish not to be contacted again by that Client with respect to your inquiry, then you should specifically make a request to that Client not to contact you again. Due to the nature of our Options Report product, it cannot be returned to us; there are no refunds once the Options Report has been published and mailed to you. These terms and conditions may change at any time, and without notice.

These Terms of Use and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, as if this agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
